This workshop focuses on communication skills, including timing and navigating difficult conversations; listening skills; managing upward; asserting yourself authentically as a leader; and emotional intelligence.
Lead with Emotional Intelligence
Learn why emotional intelligence (EQ) matters more than IQ in defining effective leaders and in predicting success in the workplace. Participants discover their own level of emotional intelligence through an EQi 2.0 assessment and work both individually and in groups to identify insights, strengths, areas of development, and next steps for developing behavioral habits that serve, not sabotage you. Now What? 90 Days to a New Life Direction
